How often to go back to the barber

A men’s haircut from our salon — a high skin fade and a shaped, even beard

A fade looks different after two weeks than after five. A short guide: when to book the next cut and what to do with your beard in between.

The most common question as you get out of the chair is: “so when should I come back?”. The answer depends mostly on how short the sides are — the stronger the fade, the sooner the regrowth shows.

Rough intervals

  • Skin fades and strong transitions — every 2–3 weeks if you want it to look like it did on the day of the cut all the time.
  • A classic cut with longer sides — every 4–6 weeks.
  • A longer top and a looser shape — even every 6–8 weeks, but it is worth cleaning up the neckline now and then.

The beard runs on its own rhythm

A beard trim costs 80 zł and, if you wear a beard regularly, makes sense every 2–4 weeks — mainly to keep the cheek and neck lines. Between visits stick to two things: do not shave the line under the chin too high yourself and use an oil so the beard does not itch.

Grey blending

Grey blending with a haircut is 145 zł and is best done together, not separately — the colour then sits on a freshly shaped cut and the result lasts longer. If you want a natural result, we say it straight: it is better to tone the grey down than to paint it over flat.

What we work with

On the men’s side of the salon we have DEPOT — pomades, clays, beard oils and shaving products. Everything we used on your haircut can be bought here, so you can recreate the same look at home.

Would you like to talk it through in person?
